I’m absolutely obsessed with Jacked Nutrition! It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for, for so long. The food is delicious - I have yet to have something I don’t like. Jessica and her team are incredible and so kind and consistently send motivational and check-in texts. Jacked has saved me so much time between working full time and coaching three sports. If you’re on the fence about trying it, just do it!

I am a huge fan!! This week was my first time trying them out. I am so busy and have a hard time meal prepping or finding healthy options when I get home exhausted. I've tried another meal prep service in Lex but I was disappointed by the flavor. But not from Jacked! Their grilled chicken is so tender and seasoned so well! Everything is absolutely delicious and packaged excellently:) will be back!

I’m really impressed with the thought they put into their meals. The flavors blend together so well. Weekly meal options and I love to get the extra protein option too! I love this place. The staff is friendly and the drinks are just what I need to help me get through the day. That being said I wish you guys were open later on Saturdays. Working at the hospital and doing a late shifts, hitting jacked before my shift would make the night go by faster. But thank you for being awesome.

I could not be happier with my decision to end the all day Sunday food prep madness and join the Jacked Nutrition fam. The meals are made with super high quality food, taste amazing, portioned perfectly WITH the macros included. The portion control has helped me so much with my weight loss and over all health journey. Once I reach my goal, I have decided to stick with Jacked Nutrition because I do not miss food prepping, shopping and planning weekday meals in the least.
